Gary Paul Smith from Franklin County with cactus buck killed in Lincoln County November 30, 2002.  This "cactus" antlered buck is in full velvet and would have always been due to it having been neutered from unknown cause.  He was taken in a cutover at about 180 yards near some does.  Below are more pictures showing this unique rack.
