Dennis Penton says about this 7 point bow kill, "After hunting 8 years with my bow, I broke the dry streak.  I started the year with a doe on the second day of the Mississippi bow season.  I thought that may have been it for bow season when three weeks later, I got a shot at this nice 7 point.  With 6.5" bases and 22.5" main beam, and 16 5/8" inside spread, this is my largest deer to date.  I was 27' up and he was 13 years away."
