Timothy and Randy Stone killed this 12 point, 165 pound deer on December 28, 2003 in Carroll County.  Randy tells this story, "We began our morning hunt late, so we decided to hunt a stand in which we wouldn't mess-up the other hunter's morning hunt. Timothy wanted to shoot some birds so, I let him carry a 35 year old pellet gun to the stand. This was going to be Timothy's day to kill a bird or two. We got to the stand about 8:00 and Timothy began shooting birds off the top of the tripod about 8:30 that morning. About 9:00 this twelve point came walking by amidst all the bird shooting. This is going to be one of those stories I hope to tell my grand kids someday."
