Sandra Gerald of Brookhaven, MS with her
1st turkey of the season taken April 21, 2004. This was the 3rd
gobbler she called in that morning, but the 1st legal one. Sandra has
had a difficult time getting the toms to come within shotgun range this
year, but has had a good season working birds. She usually
sounds like a sick turkey and calls up bobcats and coyotes, but hasn't
killed a predator this year. But in spite of the bad calling, this hunter
