Cole Smith killed this deer on November 28, 2009, at 8:05 that Saturday morning.  Cole was about to get ready to head back to the house when he stepped out about 200 yards and started walking towards me, He waited for him to turn and place a shot before he went to cross the creek at about 175 yards.
