10 pt killed by Jay McClain of Laurel in Holmes County.  15" inside spread, 9" G2's, broken G3 on left beam and broken drop tine on right beam, 180lbs.  

Jay McClain told the Bragging Post, "After hunting for 8 straight days and seeing nothing but a bunch of 2 and 3 year olds chasing does, I finally found him the last morning at 0830.  I was on one ridge and he was on the adjacent ridge bedded down and we were both watching a creek and sandbar.  Special thanks to the doe who tried to cross the creek 3 times but never would, and he couldn't stand it and went after her."
