Keegan Smith and father, Chad

On November 20^th of this past deer season Keegan Smith, son of Chad and Erin Smith, shot his 1^st buck.  Keegan was hunting in Bolton, MS with his dad and sister, Lacey.  After watching the deer for about 20 minutes, Keegan was finally able to get a broadside shot at about 130 yards.  Keegan was shooting a .243 using ballistic tip bullets.  We found no blood and assumed that he missed the deer.  Two weeks later we found the buck just past where we quit looking.  I had to apologize to Keegan for giving up too soon.  The problem was the “tracker” and not the “shooter”!   Congratulations Son on a great 1^st Buck…
