At 10:30 a.m on 12-30-09 while deer hunting in Ringold La. a bobcat peeked his head out into the edge of Robin Johnson's lane.  Robin wrote, "At first I thought it was a rabbit , then he stood up and I saw his tail and as he walked out towards the middle of my lane I shot him with my 243 Remington model 700. The bobcat was approx. 4 foot long and weighed 43 pounds. He was old as his teeth were worn down.
