Brandon said, "I killed this deer on January 18 at 10:30a.m. in the morning. Around 8:00a.m. a small eight point buck came by my stand that I passed on. I thank God I let him walk, because at 10:00a.m. he came back by chasing a doe. Over the period of half an hour the same doe came back by me four times running! Every time she came back through, there were more bucks chasing her. Finally this one came running in after her and I stopped him at about eight yards under my stand. It was an unbelievable sight to see a deer like this, charging through hardwood timber,and literally running under my lock on stand in south Mississippi. I've hunted Amite County Mississippi my entire life and had no idea there was a 150" eigtht point anywhere in this area. It goes to show that letting the small bucks grow, a lucky doe, and some patience can pay off greatly!"
