Riley Easterling first buck, 7pt, 150lb, shot in the shoulder with a .243 on 1-27-2011. His dad, Shane, said, "It took us a while and several mess-ups from me, but Riley killed his first buck yesterday.  He shot him in the shoulder and the deer went down but was able to run out of the plot on his back legs.  With no blood I called Landon Smith to come help me track him and we found him just 75 yards from the plot.  Special thanks to Landon and Jackson for their help and helping me make this a day Riley will never forget, especially since I got it all on video.  And for those wondering, I still have not killed a deer in Mississippi this year, but have had my best year ever getting to film and watch Riley kill deer.
