Christian Oakes killed this gobbler 04/09/10. We hunted this bird for 2 weeks off and on before he got a shot. Christian is 9 years old and an avid turkey hunter. This is his 7^th turkey to kill and definitely his largest. The bird weighed 20 lbs with 1 1/16 spurs. He had 4 beards. 11 ¼, 9, 6, and 6 inches. Christian shoots a Charles Daly automatic 20 gauge.
