Jonathan Breakfield killed this buck January 16, 2012, in Marion County. Jonathan said, "I have been limited to hunting on mostly Saturdays this year and have hunted really hard on those days, but had not been able to find one worth shooting. This was the last day that I could hunt before we have our baby. At 5:00 this deer and another good buck came out at the same time and were getting really aggressive toward each other. They were about to fight when I decided I had seen enough and didn't want to take a chance on them leaving. The deer was definitely an old warrior. He was a mainframe 9 point with 5 busted points. He was only 13 inches wide but 20 inches tall. I would love to see what he was before he got busted up."
