Craig Beard from Summit, MS took this gator with the help of his dad, Mitchell Beard and friend, Josh Andrews on 9/9/11 on private land in Essaquena County.  The male gator was 10'10" long with a 46" girth.  The gator was taken with rod and reel and the fight lasted about 25 minutes.
